Sourcing
The first step is choosing the terroir, which is fundamental to the quality of the product. We source locally and from all French and European production areas.
Next, we rigorously select our partners. They are at the upstream end of the value chain.
Our criteria are based on agronomic and industrial quality (packaging capacity) and merchandising (package aesthetics, information, etc.).
We also look for stories to tell about our products. Women and men who, like us, are passionate and convinced of the importance of quality and are committed to social and environmental issues. The majority are Global GAP, High Environmental Value (HVE) and Eco-Responsible Orchards certified.
We work with producers, shippers, importers and cooperatives.
This diversity in our sourcing allows us to guarantee our customers quality, traceability and new discoveries.
In addition to the peace of mind this provides, we do everything we can to combine “safe bets” with “new discoveries” to inspire our customers and make them want to inspire consumers.
