- The wholesale market, known as “le carreau”: 100% of the Lagache range
- For local distribution in northern France and Benelux to our core target market: retailers, markets, wholesalers and semi-wholesalers, food professionals, etc.

- For national distribution, mainly to wholesalers and central purchasing organisations
