At the Marché d’intérêt national (MIN) in Lomme, SAS Lagache plays a key role in marketing fresh fruit and vegetables. This week, a two-day culinary workshop was held there to showcase seasonal produce.

SAS Lagache is a benchmark in the marketing of fresh fruit and vegetables. It is in constant contact with numerous producers in France and Europe to ensure the shortest possible supply chain. It is a generalist for the needs of retailers, greengrocers, open-air markets, restaurants, etc. It also ships fresh fruit and vegetables throughout France and the Benelux countries. It is a valuable backbone for quality and taste regulation. It is also part of an approach to sustainable agriculture that meets consumer expectations. SAS Lagache employs 17 people and has over 500 customers in the market.

Seasonal products and recipes

For two days this week, a culinary workshop was held in the MIN’s workshops to put seasonal produce to good use. The workshop was led by chef Luc Dreger, a culinary expert and former restaurateur, who prepared a variety of dishes in front of MIN customers.
