🚀 A new stage for Lagache: our 2025 version of our website is now online! 💻


At Lagache, we’re always keen to innovate, to anticipate, to meet our customers’ needs.

Today, we’re taking a new step forward in our Carreau business to provide even better support for our specialist customers (primeurs, cours des Halles, open-air markets, producers’ shops, etc.) in a changing world.

At present, a specialist comes to visit us on the floor 1 to 4 times a week. Who’s to say that tomorrow it won’t be 1 to 4 times a month?
E-commerce is ubiquitous, of course, but perhaps not yet for fruit and vegetables… Although! So we need to be ready.

What’s more, these days we’re receiving more and more paperless orders: by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, and with increasing demands for delivery. So we think it’s important to professionalise this while guaranteeing the same quality of product and service.

We need to anticipate future challenges. The new generations will be taking over the fresh F&V business, and their buying habits will be firmly rooted in digital technology.

We’re convinced that tomorrow’s combination of digital and traditional commerce will be the key to a more efficient and sustainable business model.
