With the Easter weekend just around the corner, two must-haves are making a comeback on the shelves and plates: asparagus and French strawberries!
More than just a gourmet treat, asparagus and strawberries are the antechamber to the summer season and mark the end of winter. These products are eagerly awaited, almost celebrated. And with good reason: they combine elegance, freshness and culinary pleasure.
Two showcase products, two high standards
Asparagus and strawberries have one essential thing in common: they are products as noble as they are fragile, with a short season… and very high consumer expectations.

Strawberries: a fruit to enjoy at the right time
Strawberries are the fruit that consumers have been waiting for. It has to be picked at the right time, as its shelf life is short. They need to be beautiful, colourful, shiny, appetising and tasty.
Our strawberries come from the Gers and the Gard. Our range is wide and deep to meet all consumer requirements:
- Gariguette: fine, melt-in-the-mouth, slightly tart – the top-of-the-range reference in 16 x 250 grams
- Round strawberries (Magnum, Marly, Marvella…): each offers a specific taste and texture in 10 or 16 x 500 grams. Special mention goes to Marvella, for which we are the exclusive distributor in Hauts-de-France!
Asparagus: the signature of spring
100% French, asparagus is one of the season’s very first markers.
This year, with an early Easter calendar and capricious weather, it’s even more desirable.
Our asparagus comes from the Landes, the Haut Médoc and the Tauriac valley. Most of our asparagus is white, but some is green or purple. We segment our range by colour and size, and offer them whole or in tips.

Warm green asparagus salad with strawberries and Parmesan shavings
- Lightly fried green asparagus
- Fresh strawberries, halved
- A few shavings of Parmesan
- A drizzle of olive oil and a dash of balsamic vinegar
