One team, one goal, one shared ambition ⚽

Here we go! With the World Cup coming up, we’re all going to be hearing plenty about tactics, teamwork, leadership and performance!
But behind every great team lies a much simpler truth: everyone knows where they’re going, and everyone knows why.
The best players don’t win simply because they wear the same shirt. They win because they share a vision of the game, a common goal and mutual trust. ‘Together’ is the watchword.
At Lagache, this idea really resonates with us.
Five years ago, we worked together to develop our strategic compass and we put it into practice every day. It helps us all move in the same direction, make decisions, choose wisely and stay on course, even when the environment changes.
At Lagache, we firmly believe that a company is sometimes like a sports team: the roles are different, and so are the responsibilities.
Purchasers, sales staff, order pickers, drivers, quality control, support staff, dispatch, tilers… everyone has a specific role and makes their own contribution, and it’s by working together that we make a difference!
Just like a sports team, we’re all moving in the same direction.
This approach is underpinned by the values that guide us in our day-to-day work:
💡 Innovation, to keep moving forward and devising the solutions of tomorrow.
🤝 Trust, because no team can achieve lasting success without believing in itself and its partners.
💪 Commitment – both individual and collective – which turns intentions into action.
📈 Performance – both human and economic – which draws its strength from the power of the collective.
On a football pitch, just as in a business, everyone has a role to play.
But what really makes the difference isn’t just individual talent. It’s the ability to work towards a common goal.
At Lagache, we firmly believe that a clear, shared vision enables everyone to understand their role and to give their very best.
And ultimately, whether it’s a football match or a business project, the greatest successes are often those achieved collectively.
Come on, Les Bleus!
