New spaces to work better together

At Lagache, we are convinced that the working environment plays an essential role in the performance and quality of the team.
The Expedition and Export teams have just moved into new offices, located just above their shared warehouse. They are, of course, still located next door to the Carreau, where they were previously based.
It’s a strategic location, which means we’re as close as possible to the flow of goods and activity, while still benefiting from a modern, spacious working environment.
Hubert, Shipping Manager, tells us:
“We’ve just moved into a really top-class space! The space has been created for our business units, and Xavier involved us in the whole process. We’ve got more space, it’s easier to communicate and everything’s in place for us to work well. We’ve been pampered and that’s even more motivating than before!
The fact thatShipping and Export have been brought together in the same place also strengthens the bridges between the business lines. Exchanges are simple, quick and efficient, and mutual support comes naturally.
Another new feature appreciated by the teams is the magnificent kitchen area.
It’s a great place to share meals and more informal moments. Moments that reinforce team spirit and good understanding on a daily basis.
“We eat together, we help each other, it’s a matter of course”.
For Hubert and his team, the conclusion is clear: a quality working environment stimulates team dynamics… and performance!
