Episode 3: Fabienne, our Quality and CSR Manager

As part of our drive to help you discover our businesses and, above all, the men and women who work in them, we are today turning the spotlight on our “quality and CSR” business with Fabienne Canva, who has just joined us as Quality Safety Environment Manager.

The whole team is delighted to welcome Fabienne, who joined us on 25 March. After 28 years at the Lomme wholesale market in a company that sells dried fruit, she joined us almost as a neighbour, with a new challenge: quality and CSR.

After just 2 months, Fabienne has naturally found her place and takes on projects with interest, curiosity and determination. Her responsibilities include managing the quality system and its certifications, and steering approval and acceptance procedures. She also plays a key role in guaranteeing safety at the 2 sites and oversees all periodic inspections.

Being an EHSR in a small SME requires a great deal of versatility!

His role is essential: quality and CSR are at the heart of our strategy. The high standards and rigour of his work, upstream of the marketing chain, facilitate the work of all our teams and help to promote what drives us every day: being ambassadors for sustainable, responsible food happiness.
