At Lagache, we’re convinced that our businesses don’t just happen!

22 April 2026

That’s also why we’re members of UNCGFL – the Union Nationale du Commerce de Gros en Fruits et Légumes. It’s a key network of professionals that covers all the issues that concern us: economics, taxation, transport, logistics, communication, social issues, quality, health and safety, the environment, research and experimentation.

✔️ Working together on very specific issues
“United we stand, divided we fall. This collective enables us to make ourselves heard and to reflect on issues that have a direct impact on our businesses, so that we can move the political yardsticks.
For example, the ban on active ingredients for F&V production in France. This is shaking up the whole industry, and it’s only by working together that we can measure its impact and speak with one voice.

A remarkable anniversary
This year, the UNCGFL celebrated its 80th anniversary!
80 years of connecting wholesalers, defending their interests, promoting their professions and creating the conditions for their development.
📍 Heading for Arles, a privileged geographical location between the production areas of the Camargue, La Crau and the Costières plateau.

New governance
✔️ The handover of power between Presidents Didier Marquez and Olivier Feno-Feydel.
✔️ Hermine Chombart de Lauwe was welcomed as the new Managing Director in February.
Thanks to Didier for all his hard work
Welcome to Hermine and Olivier

A unique opportunity to get some height
✔️ Get away from it all
✔️ Broaden your perspective
✔️ Exchanges between colleagues… without competition
“At times like these, we work together. The collective dynamic is real.
It’s also about combining business with pleasure – with a particularly successful gala evening to boot.
Thanks to Christian Berthe

Concrete ideas for the future
Together, we discussed 2 key issues
✔️ Wholesalers: writing the next chapter
What is our vision of our profession in 50 years’ time?
How can we continue to play an active role in its development, rather than watching it happen?
What actions can we take today?
✔️ Passing on the legacy
This is a major challenge in a very family-based industry, but one that concerns everyone.
At Lagache, even if it’s not immediate, we’re well aware that we need to start preparing for it now.
We’ve come away with a lot of energy and a desire to move forward even more collectively. And we’ve also had the pleasure of meeting up with some of our customers on the shipping side.
“Being a member means being open-minded. It draws us upwards and encourages exchanges. That’s key.

Thank you to the organisers. Thank you to the participants.
