Behind every peach or nectarine, there are passionate growers.

At Lagache, we select all our fruit to the same high standards: prioritising flavour, consistency and trusted partners. Because behind every piece of quality fruit lies, above all, a story of passionate men and women.
Our French peaches and nectarines come from two major growing regions and two family-run farms with which we have genuine partnerships.
📍 In the Roussillon region, Antony grows magnificent peaches and nectarines under the K-Talent brand. Situated in the hills above Perpignan, his orchards benefit from an ideal climate where the sea air helps to limit periods of severe drought and promotes high-quality fruit.
📍 In Orange, between Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Caderousse, Jean-Louis also grows exceptional fruit under the Vergers d’Auriac brand. Here, the rich soil and ideal climate produce peaches and nectarines renowned for their quality
Why these two producers?
Because they share the same vision of the profession, and it aligns with our approach to sourcing.
Farms where passion, innovation and respect for the environment guide every decision. Their aim is clear: to produce top-quality fruit, with daily care given to every tree.
Carefully controlled irrigation, pruning, trimming, monitoring ripeness… every step counts. Their true expertise lies above all in harvesting the fruit at just the right moment: firm enough to withstand transport, and perfectly ripe by the time it reaches the plate, so that it reveals all its flavour.
As with most stone fruits, new varieties appear in quick succession. Each has its own harvest period, offering different flavours and characteristics throughout the season.
Thanks to these two complementary growing regions, we offer French peaches and nectarines from mid-June to the end of August.
To support our customers over a longer period, we naturally complement our range with products from renowned Spanish growers, notably under the Fruites Font brand. Their extensive production areas enable us to offer peaches and nectarines from mid-April to mid-September, whilst maintaining the same high standards of quality.
At Lagache, our guiding principle remains the same: to build lasting partnerships with committed producers and to act as ambassadors for sustainable and responsible culinary enjoyment.
