A powerful pair!

At Lagache, we realise that a company’s greatest asset is the men and women who make it up. When their talents and personalities complement each other, the dynamic is both individual and collective and serves the company well.
We’re talking to you today about a superb team: Delphine, Accounts Receivable and Billing Manager, and Fabienne, Quality, Safety and Environment Manager.
Delphine has been with the company for many years, but Fabienne only joined 2 years ago. The partnership is therefore new, but the professional complicity has developed very quickly.
Fabienne remembers: “When I arrived, Delphine put me in the right conditions. She did everything she could to get me on track. That was essential for my integration and helped us to get to know each other quickly”.
🔗 “It was both normal and natural because Fabienne was taking over some of my files,” explains Delphine. There were no turf wars or ego battles at Lagache, and especially not in this pairing, which found each other very well:
Delphine confides, “I’m a bit all over the place, but Fabienne calms me down and helps me channel my energy, alerting me when I’m too outspoken.
Fabienne, for her part, thrives on her colleague’s sunny side: “Delphine is the embodiment of joie de vivre, she’s cheerful every day, she’s happy to be alive, she’s enthusiastic, that’s precious”.
In practical terms, this means
✅ Complementing each other to enhance performance: our roles complement each other to guarantee a high quality of service to our customers in all aspects of ‘after-sales’. Delphine is in charge of invoicing customers once the sale has been made. She is in constant contact with Fabienne and is able to provide her with useful information on the availability and quality of the goods purchased. Together, they organise the logistical aspects to ensure that customers are served quickly and smoothly. Vigilance, monitoring, control, optimisation and efficiency are the common threads that structure and guide this pairing.
✅ A strong alliance with trust at its heart: Delphine and Fabienne illustrate this point by mentioning the events as an example: “We complement each other, everything is based on mutual support, we can count on each other, even if we don’t say anything to each other. Everything works well together. We don’t even need to talk to each other”. One starts the sentence and the other completes it. 😊
✅ There’s no ‘gap in the organisation’: even though we each have our own day-to-day tasks, we’re interchangeable: we cover for each other when we’re on leave, and if one of us sees (or feels) that the other is overworked, she naturally lends a hand.
🚀 And what makes the difference is that, talent aside, we get on really well, we know how to laugh while remaining professional and “that’s fun” they say in chorus.
And yes, fulfilment is part of performance. Lagache has understood this!
